Tammy began her Yoga journey back in 1997 in Cincinatti, OH with a Jesuit nun. Little did she know that this experience was planting the seed that would grow a future teacher. After taking a break from Yoga for six years she rediscovered her Yoga practice in 2004 in Pensacola, FL with the primary intent of having a temporary escape from the demands of motherhood.
Tammy studied with Laura Tyree at Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Fort Walton Beach, FL and completed her 200 hour certification in 2007. She has taken numerous workshops with some highly respected Yoga instructors. Tammy moved to Warner Robins in 2015 where she was happy to find a Yoga community that is continuing to grow.
