Lindsay Hendrickson - Owner
Originally from Pennsylvania, Lindsay moved to GA from Phoenix, AZ. She was a gymnast for 16 years competing nationally and at the University of Arizona. After receiving her BA in Communications and a Minor in Dance, Lindsay danced professionally in Tucson, AZ, which is where she found Pilates.
Lindsay was certified through Romana's Pilates where she completed 700 hours to receive her comprehensive certification. She has taught in New York City and Phoenix, AZ at different Pilates studios, Life Time Fitness, and briefly co-owning a studio in Phoenix. In 2015 she received her Pilates Method Alliance Certification as well as her bootybarre certification. In 2011 Lindsay became affiliated with Peak Pilates. She is currently a Master Instructor and Mentor for Peak Pilates, traveling the country conducting Peak Pilates certification courses. She strives to encourage others to follow their dreams and help them on the pathway to becoming a Pilates instructor.
Lindsay has worked with clients with back injuries, arthritis, MS, Parkinson's pre and post natal, athletes, and dancers. She loves Pilates because she has seen Pilates transform lives. She strives to inspire others to be the healthiest person they can be in all aspects of their lives.
In March of 2019 Lindsay received her Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Meet The Team

Jessica Wilson
Jessica came to Middle Georgia by way of Washington DC, twice.
An accredited AFAA instructor since 2005, she holds Peak Pilates Reformer and Mat Certifications, as well CPR/AED, Les Mills Bodypump, indoor cycling, Barre, HIIT, and cardio dance certifications. She continually learns and reads to create a safe, effective, and healthful experience for everyone she works with.

Tracey Ralphs
Tracey joins our team at Inspire Pilates Studio all the way from South Africa. She is originally from Pretoria, South Africa, and has lived in the US since 2018.
Tracey has been a dancer her whole life, dancing in various styles. She was a former South African dance champion in various styles of dance, and competed in the South African Championships as well as the World Championship events. In 2001 Tracey placed 9th at the World Disco Dance Ladies Solo Championships and 5th in the Duos Championships.
In South Africa Tracey owned four dance franchises where she taught dancers from 15 months to 18 years. She is accredited by and qualified with the South African Dance Teachers Association and has performed all over the world. She has also choreographed nationally for Casino Theatres.
Tracey began her Pilates certification with Peak Pilates in January of 2020. Due to some delays due to our current world situation, Tracey finally completed her Level 1 Pilates certification in May of 2020.

Heidi Schenker
Heidi earned her 500 hour comprehensive Pilates certification through Club Pilates in Arlington, VA.
She attended West Virginia University and received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1995.
Heidi works part time at Navicent in the Electrophysiology Lab. She has always been passionate about health and wellness. Heidi belives movement is medicine for the mind and body. She has over a decade of experience teaching yoga (RYT 200) and is currently pursuing a certification in Nutrition Therapy through tthe Functional Nutrition Alliance.
In her free time Heidi volunteers for Paws in Middle Georgia Animal rescue. She lives with her 2 cats Fergie (18) and Moe(1)
