Tracey Ralphs

Tracey joined our team at Inspire Pilates Studio in 2020, all the way from South Africa.  She is originally from Pretoria, SA, and has lived in the United States since 2018.

Tracey has been a dancer her whole life, performing in various styles, placing nationally and internationally, with a teaching qualification through the South African Dance Teachers Association.  In South Africa Tracey owned four branches of the Dance Mouse/Madness franchises where she taught dancers from 15 months to 18 years, focused on different dance styles while incorporating occupational therapy aspects and body conditioning. This afforded her the opportunity to teach small children the basics and benefits of Pilates.

After moving to the USA, she decided to continue guiding both adults and children along this journey, obtaining her comprehensive certification through Peak Pilates. Tracey aims to ignite inspiration in individuals as they embark on the path to a healthier body, eagerly anticipating their progress in the discipline.

Tiffany Gray

Movement Heals" is one of Tiffany's favorite quotes. Beginning at the age of 3, Tiffany started taking dance classes and loved it. However, throughout her dance training, Tiffany often struggled to find the deep core connection needed to advance her dancing abilities. While a student at Brigham Young University, Tiffany was introduced to Pilates in the Dance Department and it was here that Tiffany found the body connection she needed to improve her dancing skills.

After marrying and moving to Atlanta, GA in 2005, Tiffany found a Pilates Studio that also provided Pilates Teacher Training for Instructors. She began teaching mat classes and was comprehensively certified to teach all apparatus in 2007. After teaching in Atlanta for 3 years, Tiffany moved to California for 10 years where she and her husband welcomed 4 awesome children while she continued to teach Pilates at a local studio.

Throughout her Pilates teaching and practice, Tiffany also found many rehabilitation benefits of Pilates for postpartum care, and has enjoyed focusing her training on helping pregnant and postpartum women find their bodies again. Currently, Tiffany has trained to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Dorsha Lee

As an adult Dorsha has tried a variety of exercise classes, spin classes, yoga, and barre, but after her first in-person Pilates session it was evident that this was different than any other movement she had tried before.  She developed a new relationship with healthy, purposeful, and pain-free movement.

Being a full-time mom who recently transitioned back into the workforce, Dorsha walked into the doors of Inspire Pilates Studio seeking some ‘me time’ from her busy schedule. After years of taking lessons and learning the Pilates method she immediately recognized the ample health benefits Pilates provided and began her journey to becoming a full-time Pilates Instructor with a goal of helping others find the appreciation and benefits of the mind-body connection. She looks forward to working with clients privately and in groups and is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals.

In her personal time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, listening to historical, but spooky, podcasts, and making (and drinking) espresso.

Natalie Rayburn

Natalie Rayburn, along with her husband and two children, relocated to Georgia in 2014. It was five years ago when she discovered Pilates and experienced its numerous benefits for managing her rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Impressed by the positive impact Pilates had on her own health, Natalie made the decision to become a Pilates instructor. Through her teaching, she aims to promote the benefits of Pilates as a form of exercise and wellness that can benefit anyone at any level.
