Pilates Reformer

These sessions utilize the Pilates reformer that uses springs for strength resistance and stretching.  The reformer helps to tone and lengthen the muscles while stretching the muscles in a way that that is unique to the reformer.

Reformer Class

Small group sessions (max 5) on the Reformer, leveled to match your experience. Build strength, flexibility, and core control while improving posture and overall body awareness.

Stretch & Lengthen

A Reformer-based class focused on deep stretching and elongating muscles using the resistance of springs. Ideal for enhancing flexibility, reducing tension, and improving overall mobility.
