Pilates Reformer

These sessions utilize the Pilates reformer and other Pilates equipment that uses springs for strength resistance and stretching.  The equipment helps to tone and lengthen the muscles while stretching the muscles in a way that that is unique to the reformer and the Pilates equipment.
