    Tracey Ralphs

    Instructor

Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Tracey joined Inspire Pilates Studio in 2020 after relocating to the U.S. in 2018. Her lifelong passion for movement began with dance, where she trained and competed in various styles, earning national and international recognition.

Tracey holds a teaching qualification through the South African Dance Teachers Association and previously owned four branches of the Dance Mouse/Madness franchises. There, she taught children from as young as 15 months up to 18 years, blending dance, body conditioning, and elements of occupational therapy to create a foundation of strength, coordination, and confidence. It was through this work that she began introducing Pilates principles to her youngest students.

After moving to the U.S., Tracey continued her journey in movement by earning her comprehensive Pilates certification through Peak Pilates. Now, she brings her creativity, energy, and deep knowledge of the body to each session—working with both children and adults to help them move with purpose and joy.

Tracey believes Pilates is more than just a workout; it's a pathway to greater body awareness, strength, and personal growth. Her goal is to inspire every client to discover their own potential and fall in love with movement.

    Tiffany Gray

    Instructor

“Movement heals” is a quote Tiffany lives by. Her love of movement began early—she started dancing at the age of 3 and quickly fell in love with the discipline and expression it offered. But despite years of training, she often struggled to find the deep core connection essential for advancing her dance technique.

While studying at Brigham Young University, Tiffany was introduced to Pilates through the Dance Department. It was a game-changer—she finally discovered the body awareness and control she had been searching for, and it not only improved her dancing, but sparked a new passion.

After moving to Atlanta in 2005, Tiffany began her journey as a Pilates instructor. She started by teaching mat classes and went on to earn her comprehensive certification in 2007. Three years later, Tiffany and her husband relocated to California, where she continued teaching while raising their four children.

Over the years, Tiffany has developed a special interest in using Pilates for postpartum recovery and core rehabilitation. She has trained extensively in this area and is now a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her teaching is rooted in empathy, experience, and a genuine desire to help others reconnect with their bodies through every stage of life.

Tiffany’s calm, encouraging presence and deep understanding of the body make her a trusted guide for clients of all backgrounds—especially moms looking to move, heal, and thrive.

Shortly after relocating, Sarah began taking classes at Inspire Pilates Studio—and it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the practice. Drawn to the strength, balance, and mind-body connection Pilates offers, she became a dedicated student for several years.

Inspired by her personal transformation and passion for movement, Sarah decided to take the next step and earn her Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level 1 Certification. Her background in healthcare gives her a unique, thoughtful approach to teaching, with a focus on form, function, and progress.

Now an instructor at Inspire, Sarah is excited to share her journey with others. She brings a calm, supportive energy to every class and loves helping clients discover just how powerful and capable their bodies truly are through Pilates.

    Stacey Coldiron

    Instructor

Stacey first stepped into Inspire Pilates Studio in 2014 during a season of change—right after her daughter left for the Marines. What started as a way to care for herself quickly became a passion that would shape the next chapter of her life.

Inspired by how movement helped her feel stronger, more grounded, and empowered, Stacey became a certified Barre instructor just two years later. Her journey continued as she earned her Mat Certification through Peak Pilates, deepening her understanding of Pilates principles and how they support total-body wellness.

Fueled by her growing love for the practice and its impact on her own life, Stacey eventually pursued and completed her Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification. She now teaches with purpose and enthusiasm, sharing the benefits of Pilates with others and encouraging clients to move with confidence and joy.

Stacey’s journey is a beautiful example of how Pilates can be both transformative and empowering at any stage of life. Her classes are welcoming, uplifting, and designed to help others discover their own strength—inside and out.

    Dorsha Lee

After exploring everything from spin and yoga to barre classes, Dorsha found something truly different the moment she tried her first in-person Pilates session. For the first time, movement felt purposeful, pain-free, and deeply connected to both body and mind—it was a revelation that shifted how she approached wellness.

As a full-time mom transitioning back into the workforce, Dorsha initially came to Inspire Pilates Studio looking for a little "me time." What she discovered was far more than just a break from her busy schedule—she found a practice that nourished her physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Inspired by the powerful impact Pilates had on her own life, Dorsha decided to take the next step by pursuing her Peak Pilates certification. Her goal is to help others discover the same benefits she did: strength, clarity, and a renewed relationship with their bodies. She loves working with clients one-on-one and in group settings, and brings a thoughtful, encouraging presence to every session.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Dorsha enjoying time with her family, listening to spooky historical podcasts, and perfecting her espresso game. She’s passionate about helping others carve out time for themselves and is committed to guiding clients on their journey toward healthier, more intentional movement.

  • I began Pilates in December or 2015. Shortly after that I became pregnant. I was so worried that I would not be able to participate in classes, but I was wrong! Lindsay is an awesome instructor and I was able to take the reformer class all the way until my delivery. I really love the classes and it gives me something to look forward to each week!

    - Holly

  • A year after the birth of my eight child, a friend invited me to go with her to Inspire Pilates Studio. I was out of shape, exhausted, and in a rut. After much coaxing on her part, I decided to check it out because she was having such a great time. I was so surprised at the first visit to see so many people of all different shapes, sizes, and levels. Lindsay and the other instructors always made me feel comfortable and met me where I was at. After almost a year, I can see and feel the change in my body. I am stronger, healthier and at 42 years old, I am loving life!!!! I do not know what I would do without Inspire Pilates Studio!

    - Jennifer

  • This studio is a hidden gem. The instructor, Jessica, was thoughtful and precise, and I leave each time feeling more connected to my body than I have in a long time. My core has never felt stronger. Highly recommend Inspire Pilates!

    - Colby Dee Monahan

  • I started my Pilates journey at this studio in February 2023 with Tracy, and I can honestly say she made me fall in love with Pilates. Her guidance and encouragement truly sparked my passion for the practice. Over time, I’ve had the pleasure of working with all of the instructors, and each one brings their own unique touch, making every class enjoyable and a highly effective workout. As of Monday, June 9, 2025, I have completed 308 classes! Before discovering Pilates, I struggled with back issues for over four years—trying everything from shots and medication to physical therapy. Since incorporating Pilates into my routine, my core has become much stronger, and I am happy to share that I no longer experience back pain. This studio has truly made a positive impact on my health and well-being, and I’m grateful for the supportive and skilled instructors.

    - Shonto

  • For several years I suffered from debilitating back pain. I visited a number of Orthopedics, Neurologists, and PTs All of whom said the only solution based on MRI results was surgery. Something inside me cautioned me from going that route. As a last ditch effort and a recommendation from a friend, I scheduled a “free” introductory session with Lindsay. It’s now been right at two years. I still go in to the studio to work one on one with Tracy but I have an “at home” repetior as well. My mobility has improved dramatically! Pain is infrequent at best and I now know what I can do if it does flare up.  I’ve been able to enjoy my passion (horses) and am riding again as effectively as I did 20 years ago. Even though my MRI might still show pathology, getting my body more balanced by strength and stretching has nearly eliminated pain.

    - Evie

  • As I am aging (in 60s) and my body is making so many changes, Inspire pilates has truly made me so much stronger and provided me with complete body awareness. The instructors at Inspire are well trained and with a limited number in a class I definitely receive full attention. They correct any incorrect movement immediately to ensure no injuries occur. All providing excellent coaching. I am pleasantly amazed of what I’m able to do verses when I first began. Also, My husband and I enjoy traveling and I feel very confident in lifting my bags and being self sufficient in all endeavors. I could go on and on with great success stories all due to Inspire Pilates Studio. If you haven’t come in yet, come on as you’ll love it too.
