Policies & Procedures
At Inspire Pilates Studio, it is our number one priority to keep the safety and health of our instructors and our clients at the forefront of all we do. Due to COVID - 19, we will be implementing new policies and procedures for the studio that we are asking all instructors and clients to adhere to. Please review the procedures, and contact us with any questions or concerns.
Inspire Pilates Studio will reopen May 4th for only Private and Semi Private session. On May 18th we will reopen to small group reformer classes. All group classes will remain online until further notice.
YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE STUDIO IF:
You have been diagnosed with COVID - 19
You have had symptoms of COVID - 19
You have had contact with a person who has or is suspected to have COVID - 19
You are feeling sick at all, including but not limited to: fever, shortness of breath, or coughing
Before our reopen date, the studio will undergo a deep clean and disinfectant of all areas
At the beginning and end of each shift (morning and evening) the instructors will disinfect the studio including equipment, bathroom, door handles, and any other area clients will be using
The door will be locked during hours of operation. Please wait in your cars or outside before entering the studio. The front door will be unlocked and propped open when you are able to enter for your class. Once all participants for the class have entered the studio, the door will be locked so no one can enter.
All classes will have a 15 minute time frame in between to allow clients to exit and enter without interaction. We ask when you are finished with your class that you leave the studio as quickly as possible if another class is scheduled afterwards.
Before entering the studio, all clients are required to use hand sanitizer on their hands. This will be provided outside the door by Inspire. Hand sanitizer will also be available in the studio. We ask that proper hand washing be used at all times.
Please do your best to keep your hands away from your face at all times.
Please maintain all social distancing guidelines, and keep 6ft in between you and others at all times.
All equipment will be set up to adhere to all social distancing guidelines.
Instructors will have no hands on contact with clients. Instructors will adhere to 6ft between persons at all time. No spotting or assisting will be allowed at this time.
Instructors are required to wash their hands after each session and utilize the hand sanitizer whenever necessary.
Please adhere to our 2 step cleaning process. All equipment will be wiped down with a cloth (one for each person) with soap and water. Scrub the equipment when cleaning. Complete the process by spraying the equipment with disinfectant and leaving it on instead of wiping it.
We will be offering a Pilates Pack for purchase if you would like to own your own props. This will include a yoga mat, ball, magic circle, band, and sticky pad. These items will still be available for use at the studio, or you are able to purchase a pack from us so you have access to your own, or please bring your own from home and use how you wish.
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all of our equipment based classes. During this time we ask that you do not come to class if you are sick. We will waive the cancellation fee due to sickness related cancellations. We ask that you do not abuse this waiver. Please keep in mind that we do have waiting lists, and that our instructors are paid per person in their class. Also keep in mind that you are never the only one cancelling. Please only use this waiver if you are sick.
If a package was opened and used before our March 23rd close date, this package will be reopened and you will be able to use the remainder of that package once you return.
All open packages will expire on December 31, 2020. This date is subject to change. At this time, no refunds will be offered.
We ask that you use electronic payment whenever possible. We ask that you place your credit card information on your mindbody account to store for payments. We will be happy to assist you with this if needed. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please note that we will not be swiping cards. We will then need the card in person and we will enter the card information manually into the system. No signatures will be obtained at this time.
